Through guided reflection, shared experience and a practical teaching tool, you’ll identify one manageable next step—and where you may need support from others.

The session may include breathwork, gentle body movement, and art and craft activities, alongside quiet reflection. Join at your own comfort level, or simply pause and listen.

Turn an intention into action

Use our Pressure-to-Action reflection: name one pressure, explore its cause, choose a practical response and identify the support you need. Talk it through in pairs, then close with gratitude.

Come ready to connect, recharge and grow. Your commitment to attending helps us plan a meaningful circle for everyone.

Make room for meaningful connection

Each session needs at least 10 confirmed participants. The 10 October meetup has a maximum of 15 participants; other sessions have a maximum of 20. Please only confirm your place when you can attend.

Know before you go

We confirm the session at least 3 days before it starts. If the minimum is not reached, we postpone and let participants know. Registering interest is not a confirmed booking.

Paid sessions

Any price will be shown in AED before booking. Participant cancellations are allowed at least 72 hours (3 days) before a paid session starts.

We’re currently collecting interest and classroom goals. The first meetup is on 10 October, 6–8 pm, in English, for female teachers only. Confirmed bookings will open once the exact location is ready; the location map will be shared. No payment is taken when you register interest.
